I woke up this morning and walked outside. I was caught off guard. The government keeps talking about global warming and how the earth is heating up, but when I walk out and it is 57 degrees Farenheit, it is hard to believe. I do not believe the whole global warming thing. I do believe that we can do things to reduce the impact on the earth (such as reducing our waste in landfills), preserving trees to help give us cleaner air, reducing emissions cars give off to reduce smog and allergens, but is the Earth really heating up.

Al Gore has a company to see carbon credits. I wonder how many politicians, both Republicans and Democrats, own stock in this company. And please tell me how purchasing a carbon credit is going to reduce the carbon that places put off. It’s not going to. All it will do is make Al Gore even richer.

I was cruising the net and happened upon a story over at FoxNews.com that really gets my blood going and my fingers blogging. You will need to read the article located http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,367785,00.html.

So the parent that was sued for $690,000 is to blame for this girl falling to her death? I do not think so. Ok, sure she was in charge of watching this child, but you have to give kids a little freedom to enjoy themselves and have a good time, especially if you are in Hawaii. But is it the chaperone’s fault that the daughter has a drinking problem? Probably not. I bet this girl learned it from the either the parents or some other friends.

These are the things that get me about the world. Let’s look at some of the notorious stupidity cases of a lifetime:

• A women orders hot coffee and then burns herself when she spills it. Hey, you ordered hot coffee, not cold coffee or warm coffee. If the coffee had been warm or cold, you would have bitched about it as well.
• Then there are the folks that want to sue the fast food restaurants because they are fat. Guess what Johnny Lardbutt, McDonald’s didn’t make you come there. Ronald didn’t hold a gun to your head and say drive to get a Big Mac, it was simply the fact that you couldn’t say no to the fat patty on a bun and you had to have it. Look, I way 260 lbs, but I got that way cause I like to eat. Thats not the restaurants fault.

There are plenty of other suits that are very laughable that I will not cover here. But people, lets get a grip and quit stupidly suing. When it is someone else’s fault, then you should sue. But don’t sue cause your fat, or you got what you or ordered, etc.

Well, atheist’s and non-believers, it is time for your stupidity to shine. Yes, I have found another story for those who believe that there is a way to escape death, Cheating Death: The plan for eternal life. Now I for one know that there is eternal life after this life is over, but there is no way to escape or cheat death. You are going to face an eternity in either Heaven or Hell (and I aint talking about Hell, MI either). Go on and read the story for yourself, then make up your own mind.
