Of course, I know parents that would get to someone who hurt their child no matter how much brick and bars were in their way. Think of it this way, an innocent child, a baby in some cases, has been violated, regardless of what their future holds, there are immediate medical concerns that need to be addressed on top of the immediate emotional damage. And this asshat wants to say that he would further damage children just to try and get his scumbag clients off so that they could go out and violet more children? I know, it's his job, but there is no place for his way of thinking in the judicial system. Period. I guarantee that if his child or grandchild was violently violated he would sing a different tune. Maybe he should go spend a week living with the people he defends and see how quick he is to defend their actions after seeing it up close and personal.
